ARC Form

In order to protect each individual homeowner’s property value and privacy, it is required for any homeowner or group of owners planning improvements or changes to their property to submit an ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW REQUEST. This request is reviewed by the Association’s Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”) to ensure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. If any change is made that has not been approved, the Committee has the right to ask the homeowner to remove improvement and/or change from the property.

 Satellite Form

Owners may install antennas/satellite dishes as outlined below, in the manner outlined and must sign this Agreement prior to installation. Only antennas/satellite dishes designed for customary television and radio broadcast reception are allowed.
